Description
A very good sounding violin by Aegidius KLOZ with the original label:
Aegidius Kloz in Mittenwald an der Iser, 1784
Aegidius KLOZ, like Georg KLOZ II, was one of Sebastian KLOZ’s sons. He was a prolific master and his instruments typically have shallow throats, giving a warm, open tone.
The corpus length is 35 cm, a handy size, as is also the case with Joseph Guarneri DEL GESU and Carlo BERGONZI.
This violin comes with a CERTIFICATE by JEAN-JACQUES RAMPAL.
